There are few tools that can build a strong, ripped upper body as effectively as gymnastic rings.
Many people believe gymnastic rings are only useful for athletes who use them in competitions. In reality, anyone can use the rings and benefit from them tremendously, because they help build strength, stability, and coordination like no other apparatus.
If you’re willing to start at the bottom and master the techniques and routines, you’ll find this class great for building a muscular upper body that’s every bit as strong as it looks.
Balancing on your hands isn’t just a party trick.
The strength, stability, and balance required in hand balancing make it one of the best methods of developing upper body strength and control.
Our balance class is designed to teach you the fundamentals required to achieve your first freestanding handstand as well as a range of floor movements, such as elbow levers, frog stands, and crocodile.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mover, our coaches can help you achieve your dream movements.
Hip Strength & Flexibility
Some call it magic, we call it to balance.
Training active mobility increases range of motion safely and effectively by opening up muscles, joints, and tissues while building strength.
This class balances flexibility and strength-building exercises to help you train and maintain a safe and mobile body.
Strength work alone will help you perform more difficult movements, but won’t account for the inability to reach certain positions. Mobility work on its own can help you transition through complex skills and avoid injury, but won’t allow you to advance to higher difficulties or raise endurance.
Our class takes the foundational movements of pushups, pullups, and dips and transforms them into a wide range of exciting and challenging progressions.
From there, the door opens to the exciting world of muscle-ups, flags, levers, and dynamic combos.
This class constantly pushes the boundaries of what the human body can achieve.
