Training for Monash Clayton Students

Two stops and the 601 - calisthenics, handstands and mobility, with student rates

Huntingdale is the 601 shuttle interchange for Monash Clayton, and it is two stops from our studio in Hughesdale on the Cranbourne and Pakenham line. For a lot of Clayton students that is a shorter trip than crossing campus.

Beyond Movement is a coached movement studio - calisthenics, hand balance, gymnastic rings and mobility, taught in small groups. Not a gym floor, and not a class you switch off through.

Something to show for the semester

Training here is organised around skills. A first pull-up, a freestanding handstand, a muscle-up, a front lever - things you either can or cannot do, which turns out to be far more motivating than a number on a machine.

Everything scales. Beginners train alongside people working on levers, on the same movement at different stages, and the coach adjusts within the session.

Why it works around study

Close to the shuttle, coached properly, and priced for students.

Two stops from Huntingdale

The 601 interchange to Hughesdale is two stops. No car needed, and the Djerring Trail runs the whole way if you ride.

Student rates

From $40 a week for two classes, or $60 a week unlimited on a semester package.

Coached, not left alone

Small groups with individual programming - the reason people keep coming back after week six.

Student rates

Beyond Movement backs students - the rates below are well under what everyone else pays, and they are set up with a valid student ID rather than bought through the site.

2-Week Trial - $49 - unlimited classes for a fortnight so you can see whether it fits around semester. New students, once per person.

2 Classes a Week - $40 a week - two coached sessions a week, enough to progress properly without eating your budget. Most students start here.

Unlimited - $79 a week - every class, cancel any time.

Semester Package - $960 for 16 weeks - unlimited, prepaid, and it works out at $60 a week. Against the weekly rate that saves you $304 across a semester.

Study Break Pass - $69 - one week unlimited, available during school holidays only. Built for the break between semesters, when you finally have time to train properly.

Easiest way is WhatsApp - it opens with a message already written, so it is one tap. Or send us an email if you would rather. Have your student ID handy either way.

What time would you actually train?

We are building out the timetable around when students can genuinely get here, and lecture blocks make that different from everyone else's schedule.

If the current times do not work for you, tell us - include the days and times that would suit and we will factor it in. Early mornings before class, the gap between lectures, and evenings after 6 are the three we hear most, and enough interest in any of them changes what we run.

It is a genuine question, not a form. Enough Monash Clayton students asking for the same slot is how it gets added.
