Bodyweight training is the art of using your own body as resistance. No gym membership, no equipment, no excuses. At Beyond Movement, we teach the full spectrum of bodyweight skills—from fundamental movements to advanced calisthenics like muscle-ups, handstands, and levers.

Unlike gym training where you add weight to a bar, bodyweight training progresses by changing leverage and position. A push-up becomes a diamond push-up becomes an archer push-up becomes a one-arm push-up. Each step requires complete mastery before progressing.

Pull-ups & Muscle-ups: From your first pull-up to strict muscle-ups—the ultimate pulling achievement

Handstands: Wall walks → Freestanding holds → Handstand push-ups → Walking and pressing

Push Strength: Push-ups → Dips → Ring dips → Advanced pressing variations

Core Control: Hollow holds → L-sits → V-sits → Front and back levers
