Where to start now
We no longer run Foundation Classes as a separate session. Foundational calisthenics and bodyweight training is now taught within our Bodyweight Strength classes, with mobility, flexibility and conditioning covered in Shoulder Prehab & Mobility and Hip Prehab & Mobility. Every class is coached in small groups and scaled to your level, so beginners are welcome in all of them.
We also run foundations workshops from time to time — focused sessions that build the basics from scratch in one go. Check upcoming events for the next one.
Not sure which suits you? Get in touch and we will point you at the right starting session.
