About Jason Borg

Jason Borg is the founder and head coach of Beyond Movement, bringing over 15 years of experience in movement, calisthenics, and bodyweight training to Melbourne's fitness community.

His journey began as a serious weightlifter who experienced frequent injuries and limitations from traditional training methods. This led him to discover bodyweight training and movement practices, which transformed not only his physical capabilities but his entire approach to fitness and health.

Jason's philosophy centres on the belief that true fitness comes from mastering your own body weight, building functional strength, and moving with grace and control. This approach has helped hundreds of students achieve movements they never thought possible.
