One class, head to toe

Our Saturday morning session covers the whole body in one go - upper and lower, stretching, mobility and conditioning together. Where our weekday mobility classes each focus on one half of the body, this one works through all of it.

It runs Saturday mornings. Every session is coached in a small group and scaled on the spot, so it genuinely is all levels - you do not need any existing flexibility to start.

See the full week on our timetable.

What you work on

Three things in every session, because range you cannot control is not much use to you.

Stretching

Hamstrings, hips, shoulders, spine and ankles - the positions that open up range where you are tightest.

Mobility

Active work through the joints themselves, so the range is something you can reach under your own control.

Conditioning

Strength at the end of that range - core, glutes and shoulders - so the new range holds instead of closing back up.

How it fits with our other classes

This is the full body option. If you want to go deeper on one area, we run two focused mobility classes during the week: Shoulder, Neck & Upper Body Mobility on Mondays and Hip, Leg & Lower Body Mobility on Thursdays. Plenty of people do this class alongside one of those.

If you are working around a specific injury or a long standing restriction, a group class is not always the right starting point. One to one sessions let us assess what is actually limiting you and build around it. Not sure which to pick? Get in touch and we will point you at the right one.
