The Monash campus gym has cardio machines and free weights, but it does not have coaches who can teach you a handstand, programme your muscle-up progression, or fix your squat mobility. Beyond Movement fills that gap. We are a short train ride from Clayton campus on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line (Hughesdale Station), and we specialise in calisthenics and bodyweight training that builds real, transferable strength.

Our small groups of 12-14 suit students who want expert guidance without the cost of private coaching. Train handstands between lectures, add a mobility class to offset hours in the library, or work toward advanced skills like levers and muscle-ups. Getting Here from Monash

From Clayton Campus (10 mins): Train from Clayton station on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line to Hughesdale. Direct, no changes.

From Caulfield Campus (15 mins): Quick train ride on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line from Caulfield station.

By Bike (15-20 mins from Clayton): Ride via Scotchmans Creek Trail. Bike parking available.
