Once you try the New Mover trial week with Beyond Movement, it will become the most valuable movement you've ever made! You will quickly discover why you will want to keep going back; your body and mind will BOTH be better off!

This class-based calisthenics gym is run incredibly well. I immediately felt the warmest of welcomes from Sharon, the adminstrative coordinator, from Jason, the principle coach, and importantly, from all the many regulars that attend.

(A special thanks to Sharon for so routinely using everyone's names...you need to know how amazingly helpful those frequent name drops were in helping me feel comfortable getting to know people!)

Getting a personalised program for upper body development to work on each week was key to my success and enjoyment. And never did I imagine that handstand classes would be so rewarding! I mean, I'm even doing a "handstand retreat" weekend with Beyond Movement, soon! Loving it !

By far the most important of my enjoyment has been the calibre of the 'students" that attend. Everyone is just awesome, friendly and we all help motivate and celebrate our wins. This culture is a testament to the Beyond Movement mindset, and especially coach Jason Borg.

Jason's knowledge and experience is vast, together with a teaching style that is so engaging. Yes, Jason truly cares for your success. I really value his interest in teaching the 'best' form, and a focus on quality foundations as you work hard to advance.

So many good things to say...add in the intermittent social events, the variable class activities to keep us interested (not just challenged!), the well kept facilities and the equipment that support great progress...

Let's just say...wow. I'll be attending here for years to come! If you're wavering, don't...take that step to try it out....okay...now where can I fit that Rings class in my schedule? LoL 😂
