Carnegie is our home turf—just 2.4km and one train stop separate Carnegie Station from our Hughesdale studio, and many Carnegie locals cycle over on the Djerring Trail. We are the dedicated calisthenics and bodyweight training facility that Carnegie's active community has been asking for—teaching real skills from foundational strength through to advanced movements like handstands, muscle-ups, and gymnastic ring work.
Unlike the franchise gyms along Koornang Road that pack 30+ people into classes, we keep our groups to 12-14 members max. By Train (3-4 mins): Hughesdale is the next station from Carnegie on Cranbourne/Pakenham lines. Trains every 5-10 minutes peak. 5-minute walk from station.
