Personal Training in Carnegie

Personal Training in Carnegie

One-on-one coaching a single train stop away - calisthenics, handstands and mobility

Our studio sits in Hughesdale, one stop from Carnegie station on the Cranbourne and Pakenham line - close enough that plenty of our members walk or ride. If you have been searching for personal training in Carnegie and want something more considered than a standard gym session, this is it.

Beyond Movement is a calisthenics and movement studio, so one-on-one coaching here means bodyweight strength, handstands, gymnastic rings and genuine mobility work - not a circuit of machines. Your coach builds the programme around what your body can do today and where you want it to go.

What one-on-one looks like

Every session starts with an assessment, not a workout. We look at how you move - where you are strong, what is restricted, and what has hurt before - then build progressions from there.

From there you get a programme that is genuinely yours: the skill you want to chase, the strength underneath it, and the mobility that makes both possible. Progress is tracked session to session so you can see it.

Most people train one-on-one weekly and supplement with our small group classes, which keeps the cost sensible while still getting individual attention where it matters.

Why Carnegie locals train with us

Close, specialised, and built around you rather than a template.

One stop away

Hughesdale is a single train stop from Carnegie, or a five minute drive via Neerim Road. Free street parking outside.

Specialists, not generalists

We coach calisthenics, hand balance and mobility. That focus is why people travel to us rather than use the nearest gym.

Coaching that continues

One-on-one sessions pair naturally with our small group classes, so your programme carries on between sessions.
