Calisthenics Training for St Kilda East

Coached bodyweight training, handstands and mobility - a short run down the line

St Kilda East sits between the bay and the south east, and most gyms nearby are either boutique studios or big-box chains. We are neither - a coached movement studio where you work toward actual skills rather than a routine on a machine.

Training here is calisthenics, hand balance, gymnastic rings and mobility, taught in small groups so a coach can programme individually inside the class. Beginners and long-time trainees regularly work the same movement at different stages.

What you will actually be doing

Every session is built around a progression. Your first pull-up, a freestanding handstand, a muscle-up, a usable split - the strength and flexibility arrive as a by-product of chasing the skill.

Nothing here assumes a training background. Progressions are scaled to what you can do today, and adult bodies with desk jobs and old injuries are the norm rather than the exception.

Why St Kilda East locals train with us

Specialised coaching rather than a room full of equipment.

Straight down the line

Caulfield is a short hop, then three stops on the Cranbourne and Pakenham line to Hughesdale. Free street parking if you drive.

Skills, not sets

Handstands, levers and rings, coached properly - progressions that keep going for years.

Small groups

Coached, individually programmed sessions rather than a class following one routine.
